weight loss supplementsI think that some people have a smug attitude about people who use weight loss supplements. They think that it is easy to lose weight with exercise and a healthy eating regimen. While in most cases a diet and regular exercise are all that is needed there are always exceptions to the rule. I have a rather severe bronchitis infection right now. Consequently I cannot manage to do any cardiovascular exercise. Even resistance work is tiring for me right now. I am trying to watch what I eat and consume fewer calories than I usually would. However the truth is that I may end up gaining a few pounds. If that happens I may end up taking weight loss supplements. I am not the only person to find myself in that kind of situation. My friend Michael fractured his foot and now he cannot go jogging four times per week as he usually does. He is starting to gain weight so he is talking about using weight loss supplements too.  Unfortunately there are times when regular exercise simply isn’t an option.
