My Herbal Supplements Keep My Weight Steady |

I am not trying to shed the pounds hence I do not take weight loss supplements. However I do take some herbal supplements that seem to stop me from gaining any weight. For instance I take green tea herbal supplements and acai. I take both of these herbal supplements for their antioxidant benefits. However according to what I have read both of these herbal supplements give the metabolism a nice healthy boost and help the body to utilize more of the energy from food. You may have noticed that people who have a fast metabolism do not seem to gain much if any weight. My weight has been the same for over ten years now, give or take one or two pounds in either direction. Of course I cannot claim that this is entirely the result of the herbal supplements that I take. I also exercise regularly, eat healthily and avoid consuming more calories than my body requires. However I still believe the herbal supplements I take have helped to keep my weight steady over the years as well as providing several other health benefits.
