Weight Loss Supplements
For three months I've been busting my butt in the gym, on the treadmill, and watching what I eat. With the help of a few weight loss supplements, I've been able to lose 25 pounds in that time. My usual routine is to start the day with some breakfast, then a small snack with some Creatine, and then a good lunch with some carbs. About an hour after lunch I hit the gym for about 45 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of treadmill action. I'll take some more Creatine, followed by some weight loss supplements and another small lunch. Ending the day with a great supper with plenty of protein, and a little low in the carbs, and another small snack pretty much sums up what I have been doing.
Imagine my surprise when last week I saw that I had lost 5 pounds in all, while also adding 4 pounds in muscle. My goal is not to build muscle, but getting stronger, and even a little defined, is really nice. The weight loss was just an added plus.
