Can Muscle Supplements Work If You Don't Go To The Gym? |

Can muscle supplements help a man build muscle if he does not go to the gym? I think that the answer to that question depends on what kind of lifestyle the man happens to lead. If you are seated in an office chair for forty hours per week and you come home and sit in front of the TV then muscle supplements might make you gain weight, but it won’t be muscle. However a man who leads an active lifestyle can use muscle supplements to build muscle without going to the gym. Last weekend I met a young man called Jason. He is the step son of my sister-in-law Brenda’s husband. Jason is a few years younger than me and he takes muscle supplements and other herbal supplements because he is very health conscious. He also helps his father run a farm and a construction company so he is always active. Jason does not appear to have one once of fat on him and he is well muscled. He does not go to the gym in order to build muscle because there is no need. I think the physical shape of a person’s anatomy depends on what they put into it and on the activities they do each day.
