Muscle Supplements Important in the Morning |

This morning was the first time in a long time that after getting up I went straight into a workout. I got motivation to do this after hearing a health expert on TV talk about the benefits of morning exercise. She said it can be a jump start for the metabolism. Instead of going to the gym to build muscle, I tied the running shoes and hit the streets of a nearby neighborhood. I hadn’t eaten or drank anything before heading out the door. About half way through my jog, the tanks were going on empty. It was really surprising because I run the same route almost every day without a hitch. Normally though it is at night.
This morning I was spent on energy really quick. I should have eaten muscle supplements prior to the jog. I consider any form of protein or energy booster to be muscle supplements. From eggs to a plastic bottle of protein from an online retailer, whatever helps the body build muscle. It felt great to get out this morning but next time before heading out the door, I will be sure to take muscle supplements.
