Hip Hip workouts are made up of an aggressive dance routine. The moves will make you shake, shimmy, hop turn, pop your chest and get low to the ground. I have definitely been able to build muscle with this dynamic workout. 

By the end of an hour long class I am coated with sweat and have a big smoking smile on my face! Hip hop is made up of electrifying music, funky fashion and crazy rhythms. It is very user friendly, you will pick up on the steps the first time out.

You will build muscle with high energy movements. The class starts with a warm up that moves in all directions and ends in a stretch. Then the routine becomes repetitive so you will easily learn the moves. The moves include slides and hops. It involves the brain as well, in that you may move the right arm and left leg. It is a challenge at times! I have burnt 300-500 calories with just one hour of a Hip Hop workout. It has helped me build muscle and lose inches!
