How I build muscle in the winter. |

I live in a state where winter is cold and snowy so the opportunities to get out doors ia some what limited. One thing I do, besides hunting and ice fishing, to stay in shape and also build muscle is cut firewood. In fact I just returned from my first load of firewood and while I did not build any muscle this first time my muscles are sore and will be more sore after I split this load. I take herbal supplements as a daily routine for good health but it is when I hit the woods with a chain saw to cut firewood that I begin to see weight loss and build muscle. I like to have a fir in my family room during the winter plus I have access to a ready supply of blown down trees and tree tops left over from logging so taking advantage of this readily available resource not only provides my firewood needs for the winter, I also get a good workout and build muscle at the same time.
