Weight loss supplements seem to be utmost on my girlfriends mind. Every time we get together the subject matter revolves back to her weight problems. She has gotten a physical trainer who is helping her build muscle with a program designed specifically with her in mind. You see, my girlfriend is not one to go the gym and pick up weights to build muscle on her own. She truly needs to be pushed. I have met her physical trainer and I know she will get the job done!
I would like to help my girlfriend with her quest for weight loss supplements. I haven't really had a weight problem but I have gained and lost my share! In an effort to maintain a stable weight I have done a bunch of on line homework. I have found a herbal supplement routine that works for me. I want to share it with my girlfriend.
I make diuretic teas alternating these herbs: alfalfa, corn silk, dandelion, gravel root, horsetail, hydrangea, hyssop, juniper berries, oat straw, parsley, seawrack, thyme, uva ursi, white ash and yarrow. I have found each of these, even though some may sound a little funky, on herbal websites. I have played around with mixtures and find I like alfalfa, dandelion, hyssop and yarrow as my best tea! This give you a lot of options with so many choices! |
