From what I’ve been reading, it seems that when it comes to weight loss and fitness nothing trumps muscle and in the making of this king muscle there is a supplement called Creatine that helps people get a jumpstart. Whenever I’ve had the chance to chat with some bodybuilders, the first thing the majority of them tell me is about Creatine. Of course they also tell me about all the hard work they have to put in the gym, but Creatine allows them to develop more muscle within a given amount of time. A lot of the books I’ve read on fitness say that the more muscle you have the higher is your metabolism which causes more calories to be burned which is the name of the game in keeping our weight down. There are a couple of ways in which Creatine helps in the augmentation of muscle and the good news is that it has nothing to do with anything hormonal. From what I read, a big part of the buildup of muscles is water and Creatine allows more water to be absorbed by muscle making it get bigger a lot faster. Creatine also lets us workout a lot harder or with more explosive movement with in turn causes the body to take bigger steps in muscle adaptation. It all adds up to a leaner, stronger and sexier you—you’ve got to love Creatine.
