Here in the southwest the grapefruit trees are loaded and many of us are using the fruit as our primary weight loss supplements. Our family is eating at least one per person per day and with the combination of our herbal weight loss supplements and this sweet, seasonal fruit, the pounds are flying off. The grapefruit season lasts from Christmas to Memorial Day and we take advantage of all the free grapefruit we can get our hands on. We have friends and family with lots of grapefruit trees, and we enjoy visiting them and picking it, too.
