Why Would I Want To Build Muscle |

I have always been in pretty good shape. Never had any major injuries or broken bones so when I found out that I needed to start working out to build muscle, I was a little worried. My doctor assured me that it was not an emergency, but a kind of preventative maintenance. I have a family history of lower back problems, and I do not want any of it! My brother has lower back pain badly and if he would have done what his doctor had told him, he would not be suffering as much as he is. So I found a good gym to go to, and a personal trainer to help out with getting my nutrition and workouts down. I started taking a few different muscle supplements to help build muscle faster. I was surprised just how good of shape I was in.
After a few months of hitting the gym, I feel fantastic! My doctor says that I am healthy as a horse, and my wife loves the new look. I am the man!
