Hello 2010, Time to Build Muscle |

As I have said in previous posts, my New Year’s resolution is to get back in shape. It is much easier to say I want to build muscle then actually convert the fat into something solid. Being the first day of 2010, it has to start today. My problem with old resolutions is I just never started. After the first few days of the New Year blow by and I don’t take any steps to the goal, it sort of just gets brushed under the carpet. I’m not going to let that happen this year.
I have made a 2010 music playlist to help me get into the build muscle routine. This morning when walking over to a local coffee shop for some breakfast, the birds were chirping, sun shining and there were a couple joggers taking it all in. Seeing others do what I need to do also lends itself as motivation. It is much easier for me to do things after I see someone else do it first. This applies to a build muscle routine too.
