build muscle, muscle supplementsI've been working out with light weights, to try to build muscle.  I can't do really heavy weights because of health issues but I am working on my muscles and toning up.  I want to be in a bit better of shape before spring, so I will be ready for swimsuit season and shorts.  Not only that, but I want to build muscle for my health and for my bones.  They say it is a good way to prevent some cancers as well as osteoporosis.  I'm not doing any big muscle building exercises, or taking muscle supplements or anything, just doing some working out with weights.  Basic stuff just to help my back and neck problems, and prevent the above-mentioned diseases.  I'm having fun, and realizing that it is a good way to relieve stress as well.  I do some walking and also weight lifting, and sometimes I ride a bike if the weather is good.  I'm actually surprised that I am enjoying my endeavor to build muscle quite a bit.  I hope I can keep it up.
