Informed Sister Recommends Products to Help Build Muscle |

My oldest sister is so athletic that it's nothing for her to go out on a four mile run and then head for the gym to do dozens of laps in the Olympic size pool, all in one morning. She thrives on exercise and is very smart about how she approaches her goal to build muscle to keep herself healthy. She is also a health care professional so she knows about using herbal supplements and other products that help her body recover from strenuous exercise. She told me about this product pictured here that she orders online that help her build muscle and avoid any kind of physical stress from her workouts. She mentioned it to me because I'm interested in getting started on a strength building program, too, and if I can cobble off her knowledge to build muscle, I'm way ahead of the game.
I'm not crazy about exercise like she is, so I want to make every minute I devote to it count, and so I ordered a bottle of this L-Glutamine Powder to get started, too. She said that this product helps the body use protein to build muscle, and if a harmless powder can make better use of the food I eat and a little exercise, I'm all for that. My sister directed me to Silver Star Wellness located at www.silverstarwellness.com to get a good deal on it, so I did. I should get it next week, and the weather should be good for walking, according to the long term forecast. I may even consider joining a gym this summer to continue to build muscle. Our summers are too hot to do much walking during the day, except during the early morning hours.
Of course in the summer I can always use the pool to build muscle and that's a cooling, relaxing activity in the summer. We love hitting the pool in the summer. At one time, I had a trainer who taught me a series of exercises in the pool that I was able to do to heal a torn hamstring, but I've slacked off in recent years. My sister also told me that tis L-Glutamine Powder will help me avoid injuries, too, so if I do get aggressive about swimming this summer, I'll make sure I continue to take it. Although it's hard to hurt muscles when swimming, it's best to be careful. The product description suggests taking this on an empty stomach, so I'll be having a dose of this every morning before I start breakfast to make sure that I get the fullest and best use of the glutamine powder to help build muscle.
