Muscle Conditioning will Build Muscle! |

I teach an aerobic step and muscle conditioning class two times a week, sometimes three. This is a great workout for those looking to build muscle. I like to vary the equipment used in the muscle conditioning segments to keep it interesting not only for my students but for myself as well. Plus it is important to keep the muscles guessing and to change up they way they are worked. The results build muscle and create a firm body.
I like to build muscle with hand weights, tubes, barbells and an exercise ball. I also take advantage of gravity by using the body itself as leverage to build muscle. My aerobics classes always begin with a warm up segment that leads directly into a step routine. I teach a ten to fifteen minute aerobic step routine then I lead the class through a series of muscle conditioning movements. I always work the arms, legs and buttox during these segments. The class ends with floor routines that focus on the abdomen, inner thigh and more buttox. One can never get enough work on the buttox in my mind! |
