Time to Build Muscle After Slow 2010 Start |

My New Year’s resolution was to get back in shape. For the first week of January, I stayed on track, watching what I ate and trying to build muscle as often as possible. Come the second week of the month and I got sick. It had me out of the gym for a good week. And then a couple friends came into town and I did nothing but show them a good time. As you can imagine this did not mean living the healthiest of weekends. Now I feel 100 percent and need to get back in the build muscle routine.
I found some solid deals online for herbal supplements made to increase energy and immune system strength. The pieces are in place now, it is on me to get out to the gym, get in on some cardio and build muscle. My weight has stayed within three pounds since trying to lose five so I know it means working harder then before. The feeling of a strong workout is worth the time and effort. Being healthy just puts me in a better mindset.
