build muscle


I am an avid fitness geek. At least that is what my friends and family call me. I have had an interest in fitness and have liked to workout since I was thirteen years old. This has driven me to become a certified group exercise fitness instructor and personal trainer.

I teach group fitness classes every day at two different gyms. All of my classes help to build muscle strength, flexibility and endurance. I teach pilates and yoga, step and muscle conditioning, barbell blast, pain in the abs and aerobics. I like variety in a workout program and in the classes I teach. Boredom is the evil that must be dealt with in order to maintain a fitness program.

My students and personal clients are happy with their results from my classes and tutelage. I teach them how to build muscle by doing the moves correctly and efficiently. I talk a lot about hydration and nutrition. It's not all about the workout alone. My body has changed throughout the years along with my technique to build muscle. It need not be a hard core activity. I keep it fun so that everyone wants to come back for more!
